The preliminary round of the FA Cup will be played this weekend – but our sides already have a good idea of who they will be facing if they get through to the next stage.
The draw for the first qualifying round was held at Wembley this afternoon and it has presented plenty of non-league teams with an added incentive to progress.
Wroxham host Fakenham Town on Saturday and are aware they will visit King's Lynn Town, as well as pocketing £1,925 prize money, if they taste victory and keep their cup dreams alive.
Almost all of the first qualifying round matches will be played on Saturday September 12. Successful sides will be handed £3,000 and a place in the second qualifying round – where National League North Lowestoft Town will enter this season's competition.
Selected first qualifying round ties
