Nineteen energy-efficient homes are set to be completed near Thetford this spring.

Flagship Homes has appointed Aspen Build as the main contractor for the development, Gower’s Place, off Long Lane in Feltwell.

Simon Floor, project manager for Flagship Homes, said: “I am pleased to be a part of this scheme’s restart, working in partnership with Aspen.

The development will consist of six shared ownership homes and 13 affordable rent homes, allocated to families on a local housing register.

The homes, a mix of two to four-bedroom properties, will have an EPC rating of 'A' due to extra insulation, air-source heat pumps, and rooftop solar panels.

James Betts, Aspen's operations director, said: “This is a unique challenge, but a welcome one for us.

"The streetscapes at Gower’s Place already look lovely, and we’re delighted to be able to finish these homes for Flagship."

The homes are being delivered in partnership with Homes England.
