A "loving, caring" woman who died in a crash on the A11 last week has been remembered in a touching tribute by her mother.
Sara Ribeiro, 29, was sitting in the back of a black Mini One when it left the southbound carriageway and crashed into a tree at Ketteringham in the early hours of November 3.
Police officers discovered the vehicle while on patrol at 5.15am and the road was closed for several hours while emergency services attended.
pronounced dead at the scene.
Ms Ribeiro wasSara Pancas, 38, was driving the car and died two days later at Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge.
Two other passengers, a woman in her 20s and a man in his 30s, were seriously injured and remain in hospital in a stable condition.
Ms Ribeiro's mother has issued a tribute to her daughter through Norfolk Constabulary.
"She was my best friend and she will be missed forever," she said.
"She was a loving, caring person who had so much to live for."
Both families are being supported by specialist officers and a file is being prepared for the coroner.
Officers would still like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the collision.
