A road has reopened following a crash between two lorries.

Emergency services - including the air ambulance - were called to the A134 at Northwold just before 7am on Monday.

Police officers blocked the road while fire crews from Downham Market, Thetford, King's Lynn and Watton made the scene safe and released people from the lorries.

The road remained closed for most of the day while emergency services dealt with incident and the vehicles were recovered.

A spokesman for the East of England Ambulance Service confirmed one man had been transported to hospital.

The road was reopened by 5pm.
