The county is bracing for a wet and blustery few days with gale-force winds and heavy downpours in the latest forecast.
The first week of astronomical Autumn arrived last week and with it a week of chilly, wet weather.
The unpleasant conditions are forecasted to get worse tonight and into next week with the Met Office forecasting 47mph winds.
The category eight gales are expected to blow in this afternoon, overnight and into tomorrow.
The gusts are expected to be strongest in coastal areas, particularly on the county's east coast, with winds in Gorleston being the most severe - peaking at 9am tomorrow.

Inland areas are forecast to see more mild and manageable winds, with speeds peaking around 36mph in Norwich.
The winds could bring some trees down leading to possible delays on the roads or brief power outages.
It comes after the Met Office issued a yellow weather warning for heavy rain over parts of north Norfolk.
The warning is in place from 8am on Monday until 3am on Tuesday covering Holt, Hunstanton, Dereham and Sandringham.
