Fire crews have tackled a forest blaze after a "large plume of smoke" was seen billowing from a country park.
Suffolk Fire and Rescue Services were called at around 11.15am after the smoke was seen from Rattlers Road in Brandon.
Five fire appliances were sent to the scene, including one from Methwold, another from Brandon, two from Thetford and a water carrier from Newmarket.
The fire was located at Brandon Country Park where crews used hose reel jets to extinguish the blaze.
A section of the forest has been scorched from the incident.
It follows another fire in the undergrowth of the park on August 2. Police were called to the incident, which was treated as suspicious.
No injuries have been reported in the latest fire.
