Emmerdale star James Hooton was spotted at the Joyland amusement park in Great Yarmouth over the weekend.
A video clip of him on the Super Snails ride went down well with his local fans.
But who else might be out and about in Norfolk this year?
Here are seven soap stars who are making visits to the county over the next couple of months.
1. Suranne Jones
Suranne Jones is perhaps best known for her BAFTA-winning role as Doctor Foster - but she first found fame as Karen McDonald on ITV's Coronation Street between 2000 and 2004.
In February 2024, Jones was announced as the new president of the Sheringham Little Theatre so she will be in north Norfolk far more frequently.
On August 4, fans can get even closer to the star who will be interviewed by playwright James McDermott on the theatre stage about her career so far.
2. Charlie Brooks
Charlie Brooks has played the EastEnders villain Janine Butcher on and off since 1999.
She will be starring as the Child Catcher in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang when it comes to Norwich Theatre Royal between September 24 and September 29.
Brooks last performed in Norwich when she played Ursula in The Ocean at the End of the Lane in 2023.
3. Liam Fox
Brooks is not the only soap star in the Chitty Chitty Bang Bang cast.
Liam Fox is set to portray Grandpa Potts in the production.
Fox played Dan Spencer in Emmerdale from 2011 to 2023 and has also appeared in episodes of Coronation Street.
4. Joseph Marcell
Joseph Marcell is instantly recognisable as the butler from The Fresh Prince of Bel Air.
But he has also popped up in Albert Square as an EastEnders guest star over the years.
He played Adrian Bell in two episodes in 1992 and returned to play Aubrey Valentine for eight episodes in 2006.
Marcell will be coming to Norfolk for the Nor-Con event at the Norfolk Showground over the weekend of September 28 and September 29.
5. Annette Badland
Annette Badland will also be heading to this year's Nor-Con.
In Soapland, she is best known as EastEnders' Evil Aunt Babe but also had a short stint in Coronation Street.
In her broader career, she held major television roles in shows such as Doctor Who and Ted Lasso.
6. Sandra Marvin
Sandra Marvin played Jessie Grant in Emmerdale between November 2017 and September 2019.
She has also appeared in Citizen Khan and Call the Midwife.
From July 30 to August 3 she will be in Norwich to portray Angélique in & Juliet alongside the 2010 X Factor winner Matt Cardle.
7. Nina Wadia
Nina Wadia, who played EastEnders' Zainab Masood, will also appear at Norwich Theatre Royal for a stint as Gemma in NOW That’s What I Call A Musical.
The play - which features hits from Whitney Houston, Wham! Blondie, Tears For Fears, Spandau Ballet and much more - will also star Sinitta and will run in the city from October 1 to October 5.
