There are currently delays around Thetford after emergency services were called to a crash.
Drivers are being warned of the crash which has happened on the A134 Brandon Road.
The incident involved a crash between a lorry and a car.
The lorry driver has been sent to hospital with a serious shoulder injury.
Police were called out to the incident at 5.40am.
The road was closed in both directions from the A11 roundabout to Redcastle Road and was due to reopen at 8.10am
Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service sent crews from Thetford and Carrow to the scene of the crash.
A spokesman for the fire service said crews made the scene safe and people have been rescued from vehicles.
According to the AA Traffic Map there are delays in the area.
