HARESNAPE Patricia (Pat) Passed away peacefully at the age of 95 at Birch Tree Manor care home. She is now reunited with her beloved Bill Much loved Mum of Paul, Janet, Steven, Keith, Peter, Alan and Andrew. Grandma, Nannie or Gran & GreatGrandma. Sister to Enid and Jaqueline in New Zealand. She will be deeply missed and will be loved & remembered always. Funeral service to be held at Landican Centre Chapel Arrowe Park Rd, Wirral, CH49 5LW. at 2pm BST, Wednesday June 26th 2024.
